This Refund Policy explains when and how Trustloop("we", "us", or "our") issues refunds for paid subscriptions to our review management platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Trustloop offers a free Starter plan alongside paid Growth, Business, and Chain plans billed monthly or annually. Because you can evaluate the platform for free before paying, our paid plans are generally non-refundable — with the specific exceptions set out below, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans, full refunds for billing errors, and anything required by applicable consumer protection law.
Monthly plans are billed in advance and are not refundable, in whole or in part. You can cancel at any time from the Billing & Plan page in your dashboard — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, and you simply won't be charged again. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing month.
Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase an annual subscription (or switch from monthly to annual) and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund — no questions asked.
Annual renewals are also refundable in full if you request the refund within 14 days of the renewal charge and have not made significant use of the Service since the renewal date. After the 14-day window, annual fees are non-refundable, though you can cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent the next charge.
The Starter plan is free forever and involves no payment, so no refunds apply. Where we offer a free trial of a paid plan, you will not be charged until the trial ends — cancel before the trial expires and you pay nothing. Charges made after a trial ends follow the monthly or annual rules above.
When you upgrade, the new rate applies immediately and the unused portion of your old plan is credited against the new charge — you never pay twice for the same period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund the difference in price for the remainder of the period, but you keep the higher-tier features until it ends.
If we charge you incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge at the wrong amount — we will refund the erroneous amount in full, regardless of how much time has passed. Please report suspected billing errors to support@gotrustloop.com.
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we may — at our discretion — offer a pro-rated credit or partial refund for the affected period. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance, outages caused by third-party platforms we integrate with, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. If applicable law entitles you to a refund in circumstances not covered above (for example, certain cooling-off rights in the EU or UK), we will honour those rights.
Email support@gotrustloop.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request" and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or card issuer — most issues are resolved faster this way. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate charge may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify subscribers by email or in-app notice. Changes apply to charges made after the change takes effect.
